1. Who we are

2. What we sell

Self-paced online courses on web development and AI tools, delivered digitally. Course content is educational only.

3. Payments

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as merchant of record and may add applicable taxes. Instalment plans are three equal monthly payments; if a payment fails, access may be paused until it is resolved.

4. Licence

On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course for your own learning. You may not share your access, or copy, resell or redistribute course materials.

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee employment, income or any particular outcome. Course content is provided as-is for education and is not professional advice.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls or share your account. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies.
